The APS M4 Guardian features a metal body, a lightweight advanced slim CNC-railed furniture, a retractable crane shoulder-rest, a bull barrel, and high-speed Rhino flip-up front and rear sights. Internally, the Guardian Sniper custom features a newly designed gearbox that allows for quick internal changes.

When APS set out to develop the Silver Edge gearbox, their goal was to bring an ultra-smooth, low-amperage draw, ultra-reliable system with huge component potential to the market. The newest iteration of the Silver Edge gearbox, named eSilver Edge, takes everything that made the original great and improves upon it. The newly developed advanced S.D.U. (Super Dynamic Unit) chipset monitors the amperage draw from shot to shot and will cut power to the gearbox if the current spikes too high before damage can be done to the gun.

To improve trigger performance, the eSilver Edge gearbox features a micro switch trigger that works together with the S.D.U. chipset for near-instantaneous response (as fast as 0.02 seconds). When combined with a short-stroked trigger, users can achieve an incredible semi-auto rate. In addition to the reinforced internal parts, the gearbox shell itself has been greatly reinforced to withstand the stress of up to an M190 internal.

The eSilver Edge gearbox is more durable, more efficient, and at the same time remains compatible with the great majority of Tokyo Marui Spec component parts. The APS M4 Guardian has a length of 915mm to 1000mm, an adjustable weight of 3800g, and an inner barrel of approximately 363mm. It has a magazine capacity of 300 rounds and a muzzle velocity of approximately 380 FPS (measured with 0.20g BBs).

The package includes the gun, a magazine, and a manual. It is powered by a 7.4v buffer type LiPo battery, recommended to be wired to the shoulder-rest with a DEANS connector. The gun features an adjustable hop-up. Please note that optics, batteries, chargers, and accessories are not included unless stated clearly, and some assembly may be required.
